During the initial walkthrough, mould growth was observed on walls, doors, and door frames across the affected areas. There were also clear signs of water damage, including deterioration to doors, door frames, and wall paint, with efflorescence present in some sections.

The affected areas showed consistent mould presence across multiple surfaces, along with visible water-related damage. Debris was also identified in areas such as the electrical metre room and behind the washing machine in the laundry, requiring cleaning as part of the remediation process.

Remediation Works

Mould removal was carried out across all identified surfaces. The process began with the application of a mould removal agent, allowing sufficient time for activation. This was followed by abrasive cleaning to break down and remove mould structures.

All debris from affected areas was collected and disposed of appropriately. A final clean was completed on all doors and door frames using microfibre cloths to ensure all surfaces were addressed. An odour neutraliser was then applied to improve the overall environment.
